Currently, anyone who services, has a physical business, resides or owns property within our COI boundaries can advertise. We give the free RAGLM membership only to those that have a physical presence within our COI boundaries. This would be either a property owner/resident, renter of some type or a physical business. Though those that service our area and do not live within our COI Boundaries or have a physical business location are not eligible for a RAGLM membership, they may still advertise on RAGLM.org as they do service our area. |
